NOVEL Richland Creek is a 277-unit apartment community in Nashville, TN, with units partially over retail and wrapping a precast parking deck. Schlender & Associates is consulting with Crescent Communities Construction to develop the schedule during pre-development, incorporating a complex logistics plan. Once construction starts, S&A will lead bi-weekly coordination meetings, both virtual and onsite.
