Schlender & Associates’ services include pre-development logistics and schedule development consulting in Visio Schedule format. During construction, partnership with our client includes regular onsite and virtual schedule updates, facilitating job coordination meetings with the field team and subcontractors. The Fort Hamer project is a 300 unit garden style project with phased occupancy.
