Schlender & Associates’ services include pre-development logistics and schedule development consulting in Visio Schedule format. Upon commencement, services continue with regular schedule updates & meeting facilitation with the field team and subcontractors. The Shelby is a 53 unit multifamily building on a small site with tight logistics.
